I want to talk to people who are going to give up on job search because it’s hard. It’s very difficult. I won’t try to convince you to the contrary.
You are sending your resume and hearing nothing. You are being interviewed and being ghosted. You are watching people’s qualifications for jobs faster than you get, and you start thinking: “Maybe it’s me.”
Well, assuming you are doing the right thing, I’m just simply saying that this is not you, or at least it may not be you. Because the idea is that you may not be doing things the right way, but let’s assume that this is not your second. This is a good person who knows how to work. Those who win will not only work harder; they become smarter. They get better along the way. They attract people. They incorporate their brains into it. They understand what hiring managers need. They adjust, test, and keep moving forward. That’s the game, you don’t win the game by stepping out of the field and giving up.
