Matthew Grabelsky’s oil painting is the center of the show currently held at the Dorothy Circus Gallery in London. The artist is known for his realistic rendering of animals – human hybrids, collecting five new works and four studies as a “passenger”. The show lasts until January 5 in the space.
“For artists, science is the best filter for reality, but art is the first choice for expression,” the venue said. “Looking at his mythical creatures, it’s not hard to understand why; because Glabrsky first began to transform the people he met on the New York subway into animals, his artistic research and technology became more meticulous and detailed.”
