Jan Vormann’s “Scheduling Project” activation

For more than a decade, Jan Vormann has been using Lego bricks to create “scheduling projects”, structures, public places around the world, and other eroded areas. In works that took hours to create, he hid the passages and windows that ignite imagination. When activate other daily spaces, multicolor blocks sometimes have a failure-like effect. These projects appear in various regions of South Korea, the United States, his Berlin and beyond.

The Scheduling Work project also includes residents of its visits to the community. His collaborator said in a recent project in Korea: “We are in Korea. It’s a group of people every day, mainly moms, who love art and try different artists’ artwork. Jan Vormann’s dispatch inspired us, and it was our inspiration. For the past 60 years, until recently, Me-hyang-li has been used as a shooting range, until recently, and the area was filled with unnecessary odor of bullet shells, debris and smoky that sometimes lead to the village living inside.”
