You start looking forward to traps, tricks and worries, and how you feel in the stomach pit, say, “Do I know they need me to know about this job? It starts to appear and you begin to believe that the interviewer will catch you.
I’m Jeff Alman, a big hunter. People hire me worldwide for job search coaches and career advice without BS because I make the process of finding a job and being more successful. When you remember that most hiring managers don’t let you catch you, your confidence soars and they won’t deceive you. They’re just looking for someone who can help solve the problem.
To do this, you need to first restructure you with their expected experience, from where they took you there to prove that you can solve their problem. So you have a job description, or maybe you’ve seen an ad, a recruiter or a former colleague tells you what this hiring manager is looking for. The job you attend this interview is to be expected: “If I try to evaluate my job, I would ask me what to figure out if I qualify?”.
First serve as your preparation framework. Then from there, it’s not just memorizing your lines, it’s like you’re reading a boring book. Performance parts, just like you have confidence, this can start with the simplest smile on your face that answers their questions. It doesn’t have to be a big and stupid smile. It’s just a smile that inspires you to know what you’re talking about.
Remember to prepare yourself by predicting problems they may require you to assess your abilities. But you have to act, so it shows that you have confidence, character, chemistry, and maybe a little charming, which will make them feel like they can trust you.
