- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lubricate the 9×13-inch baking tray. Cook the yellow rice according to the packaging instructions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, chicken broth, mushroom broth, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper together. Stir until well combined.
- Add the cooked yellow rice to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared baking tray and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbled and melts the cheese and is slightly golden. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if needed.
