In 2024, Bilt is adding milestone rewards for every 25,000 points earned by members in a calendar year. But many Bilt Rewards members don’t find these milestone rewards particularly compelling. As a result, Bilt Cash will launch on January 1, 2026, replacing the Milestone Rewards program.
Bilt Cash is a new reward currency in the Bilt ecosystem. Every time you earn 25,000 Bilt Points, you’ll earn $50 in Bilt Cash, and you can redeem Bilt Cash at a fixed value at local merchants in the Bilt Network (specifically, $10 in Bilt Cash is worth $10 at merchants in the Bilt Network).
According to Bilt’s press release, examples of ways members can use Bilt Cash include:
- Enjoy cash discounts when checking out with mobile dining
- Hotels in Bilt Tourism Portal
- fitness classes
- Home delivery orders
- Blue and Silver members receive one-time access to elite status benefits such as upgraded status with lease-day transfer bonuses, early access to experiences or home-from-home access
Bilt also wrote that Bilt Cash is “designed to grow with our expanding ecosystem of community merchants.” Therefore, expect more ways to earn and redeem Bilt Cash after its launch.
Don’t worry: Bilt points and the value you get when you redeem them through Bilt transfer partners are here to stay. After all, Bilt Cash is a bonus currency you can earn in addition to Bilt Points.

Finally, Bilt has confirmed that any milestone rewards you claim before the end of 2025 will remain valid until they expire or you have earned the maximum points for that milestone reward. However, unused milestone rewards will expire at the end of 2025, so be sure to claim any rewards you earn before the end of the year.
Bilt wrote in its press release that it is “excited to launch Bilt Cash: it represents the next evolution of your membership, replacing milestone rewards with a more flexible rewards currency that adapts to how you want to experience our ecosystem.”
Of course, Bilt Cash has a relatively low yield of just 0.2 cents per point, and you have to reach a specified threshold to earn Bilt Cash. However, considering you can earn Bilt Cash in addition to points, this is a nice bonus that can save you real cash at merchants in the Bilt ecosystem.
