Tired of recruiters who don’t attend meetings or reply to phone calls or emails? Frustrating and unprofessional. #short will provide you with success strategies on how to handle multiple stands and how to protect your time and job search recruiters.
Job seeking hell? Don’t bring it to recruiters
What is the best way to deal with recruiters you contacted multiple times? Ah, I like this. I’m talking about a situation, um, this situation is with the person I was coaching yesterday, uh, um, he likes my advice.
Now, you can say, you know, the appointment has been scheduled several times. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a third-party recruiter from an agent or a company recruiter, it doesn’t matter, now you’ve stood there multiple times. You’ve emailed them, “Hey, what’s going on? You didn’t call me.” They didn’t respond.
I found this technique a good way to get them to the surface, right? The subject line of your next email says, “How are you okay?” The body reads, “You know, we arranged a few speeches. I didn’t get the call. I just want to make sure: How are you okay?”
Now, this brings the relationship of professional relationships into their relationships – you think they are human. Well, recruiters were surprised by this approach. So what happens often is that they wash away, uh, they say, “Oh, I’m fine. Sorry, it showed up at the last minute.” But all you can do is separate yourself from your backpack, and they usually start responding there.
So, the idea becomes again: “How are you?” is the subject line. Then your message is polite. Whether it is a company or a third party, this is not an angry thing. And, you know, just ask them, you know, “We arranged a few times. You know, I didn’t get the call. I just wanted to make sure…”
Increase your chances of responding to your application
