  • Horizontal board: This is my preferred method of cutting yellow pumpkin for the grill. Simply cut the pumpkin lengthwise into 1/2-3/4-inch thick boards. Thinner than that, they will collapse. How to roast yellow pumpkin with foil

There is an ultimate choice when grilling summer pumpkins, which is the foil bag. Two things about cooking this way. First, your pumpkin will become softer and evaporate gently. It will have some grilling flavor, but not as much as it can be cooked directly on the grill or in a grill basket. But the benefit of cooking this way is that it’s a great way to add extra vegetables. As long as you like cooking, you can throw some diced onions, tomatoes, zucchini, asparagus.
