You want to find a new job, right? Every organization focuses on one of two things: make money or save money. Your job in the interview is obviously, confidently showing how you will help them do this and doing much better than getting you on board the boat.

Before you start building your story, you need to understand why this approach works. I spent years recruiting top professionals in many industries – people who should be short selling experts. However, many people missed the mark, not because they lacked talent, but because they conveyed the wrong message. This article aims to ensure you provide the right information: laser-centric, irresistible and tailor-made for your target employer.
Hiring you is a buying decision. The company weighs logic (can you do the job?), emotions (do they like you?) and risks (what opportunities cannot be solved?). Your job is to bring you favor by marketing your own scales with the right information.

Now, let’s talk about how you back up your offer. You need stories – real, concrete examples that show that you have provided the results. That’s where the stars and soar.
