1. Print transactions with authenticity

If you want to make a good impression, it is important to be the real self. 2. Building a theme matrix for influential narratives
To supplement your preparations for recording responses to predict interview questions, develop a one-page topic matrix. On the left, list all topics for posting (e.g., team leadership, project management, customer service, stakeholder engagement). On the right, 2 specific examples of each topic are briefly documented. This way, when you are asked a question, you can quickly identify its topic (is it a leadership question? or a project management question?) and align career stories to share to showcase the evidence and evidence you have done well in the past. It’s a quick way to recall your specific examples and a great “cheat sheet” on the day of the interview (if notes are allowed, send it in a virtual interview with convenience). 3. Determine the aspects they evaluate in you
Your initial interview is usually with someone who will see if you meet the minimum standards they are trying to fill in the job. Their questions usually sound like nothing more than they browse the list – “Did you do it?’,’Did you do it? They also care about your confidence, personality, chemistry and charisma, you care about your work, and you can connect with you. These, combined with your abilities, reflect how they trust you. 6. Release your true voice
When conducting video recording or podcast interviews, embodying is the key to sounding confidence and nature.
