5 fast Brets
I’m Jeff Altman, a big hunter. I’m called “big game hunter” because I’ve been searching for more than 40 years for the leaders and employees of an organization. I want to talk to you about the decision to change jobs and draw on my own experience.
I have worked for organizations twice for 10 years or more during my career. Despite some nonsense there, I obviously feel very comfortable in these organizations. We all know that every organization is talking nonsense.
People have personality. They are in the mood. You lived with them for a long time.
They were very upset. They are great. In recent times, I have been in contact with a company for more than a decade.
No matter what I did, no matter what I said, it was a long time, I kept crashing into the wall in frustration and the idea of changing jobs was not expected. It took another instance. I won’t. . . Details don’t matter.
Let my wife disturb me one day and say, have you ever thought about changing jobs? Now, eventually, I decided to start my own company, and sometimes you just have to listen to what someone else tells you, or they ask you what they ask and stop and ask yourself a question, why not? What keeps you there? What are the benefits of this situation, and you are willing to go through all the frustrations you have experienced? I’m on sale. Most of my income comes from commissions. For those in paid positions, are you worth the frustration you experienced? Why do you accept this? Who do you want to please in all of these aspects? After all, you have to make the right decision for you in the end.
I know it’s time to leave 6 ways
But if you notice more days than you say nonsense, and no matter how much effort you put in, success won’t be successful. Sometimes, it’s because of the market you serve. Sometimes it’s because of the system you’re running.
I mean, it’s company rules and regulations that prevent you from getting the success you need. Why do you have to endure it? My encouragement to you is to pause for a second, think or have an ally, like my wife, simply ask in a very simple way, ask, have you ever thought about changing jobs? Then think about it. why not? Why not change your job? Why tolerate the mediocrity of your current situation and the permanent dissatisfaction that your character brings? So, this is the big hunter Jeff Altman.
