Too many people, especially recent graduates, made a key mistake to shut down their employers during the interview.

Prepare to leave the job opportunity

Especially if you are a recent graduate, it is important to focus the answers on the needs of the organization, not yours. For example, “What do you know about our company?”

“not much.”

“Why are you working here?”

“Not quite sure.”

You know, talking about how you want to work hard, learn, grow, make progress. You know, organizations love hearing about this kind of stuff. You can always get back to the money later on. Later on, you can always review your needs.

But initially, they fell in love with you. Because after all, you won’t get a quote unless they do. An ignorant answer won’t help you.

Hope you’ve helped this. Subscribe and follow Job Search TV on YouTube. great!
