6.6 Friday Favorites – Fitnessista

Hi, friends! Happy Friday! Are you OK? Hope you have had a great week! We were in Sevilla and had some fun plans for the weekend. I could also attend a meeting with the community choir (I love it very much), take Spanish courses with a lovely tutor, go to the Flamenco Museum and the Museum of Hallucination until we dropped the shopping (mainly for chocolate and earrings) and we saw an epic Flamenco Show on Las Setas on Monday.
Some photos of the week:

I would love to hear what you are doing! It’s time to attend the Friday party every week. Here I’ve shared some of my favorite findings this week and around the network. I always love hearing about your favorites, too, so yell at what you like in the comments section below.
6.6 Friday Favorites
Fashion + Beauty + Random:
Readers’ favorite since May! It’s always fun to view the analytics and view your favorite products you share in your blog and IG stories. This is the bestseller from last month:
Lumebox! I’m so glad that many of you enjoyed this too and thank you very much for shopping through my link. (Lumebox is very generous with the giveaway when the creators do a great job, so I wish I could get to this level soon!) If you are interested in adding a portable red light to your health routine, check it out here, my Code Fitnessista offers you $260 off.
The best eyeshadow primer. I use it every day and is perfect for sensitive eyes, contact, and extra staying power for eye makeup.
An amazing *everything* dress. Dress up with high heel sandals, wear sneakers or flats, and there are plenty of prints, colors, fabrics, and it’s very flattering.
Love these sandals for summer!
These compressed socks. These are a must-have if you have a long drive or flight coming. Sad Story: I couldn’t find mine before my flight to Barcelona, so I grabbed something cheap on Amazon that day’s delivery. They are so scary. They made my legs so hot and uncomfortable. Never laugh again.
This girlfriend’s vest. I got this before traveling and wore it a lot. It’s lightweight, breeze and super cheap.
This candle. It made me laugh when I added it to my Mother’s Day gift guide, but I honestly make a fun gift anyway.
This spray. It is a bestseller every month because it works well. I sprayed all the shoes with this shoe and it kept them white for longer. I also use it to spray my kids’ backpacks.
These pill dispensers. This makes traveling with multiple supplements and not bringing a bunch of bottles to make it much easier.
Top travel humidifier. The *Extras* I’m trying to bring with this trip are really strategic, and it’s definitely a layoff. My skin and eyes became happier when I used the canopy humidifier! (I really miss my shower head, too.) You can use Code Fitnessista here.
My preferred pour on the coffee machine. It is glass and stainless steel, perfect for dangerous coffee. 🙂
PEMF GO MAT. I like that so many friends add it to their daily routines too! When I’m part of my morning routine, I feel more focused, energetic and rooted. Perfect for meditation or charging at noon. My code is fitnessista15.
Read, watch, listen:
I’m reading this article now and I admire the author (Nora delete script It’s one of my favorite beach readings), and it’s a slogan. I’m close to the end and can’t DNF, but I’m ready to end. Have you fallen in love with the beach lights you like this year?
Watching this sweet movie was like an iconic treat.
Take the crew to see Lilo y stitch (This is English with Spanish subtitles) The second time is better.
Listen to this week’s podcast episodes here!
this Evil 2 The trailer is Heeeeeere, and November can’t be here fast enough.
Fitness, health and delicious:
I’ve been doing carving social exercises at Airbnb and they feel great. I thought we would get a gym membership when we were here, but I felt I was able to check the box with these exercises and our daily walks. You can try it for free using my link here!
Some Spanish grocery stores found:
We also browsed multiple boxes of these strips. They are just nuts and dried fruits. A bit like Lalaba.
These millet cakes are salty and good.
The gazebo is in the bottle, with amazing ingredients (vegetables, olive oil, salt):
Definitely try these peanut butter protein bars.
OK, I want to try these.
Thank you very much for stopping on the blog today! Happy weekend, I will see you soon!
xoxo
