Set in a historic building originally designed by local architect Lando Bartoli, W Florence has a partially covered courtyard that used to be a mezzanine of a former bank. Now the unique space welcomes guests with retro-style seating, bold checkered floors and lush greenery and serves as a central area where guests can visit several dining options at the hotel, including a lounge (with an aperitif table).

Thanks to design elements from the 1960s and 70s, such as the accent of marble and brass, the hotel’s history shines in every room, while the city itself celebrates throughout the hotel with a bold palette of Medici Red and Royal Blues. The hotel’s resistor is the penthouse suite, which is known for its private terrace with over 1,500 square feet and moody beauty.

According to the search on the hotel website, W Florence rates are 431 euros per night ($507.48) or 70,000 Bonvoy points per night.
