Welcome Grant Parsamyan as Coursera’s new chief data officer

I am delighted to welcome Grant Parsamyan as Coursera’s new Chief Data Officer, effective July 21, 2025.
Grant brings more than two decades of experience to build large-scale data platforms and leading enterprise-wide data conversion. He helps organizations scale at speed and accuracy, bringing data engineering, infrastructure and analytics together to drive meaningful business outcomes. Most recently, Grant served as Chief Data and Information Officer at Alludo, where he led data strategy, cloud modernization and cybersecurity efforts. He also spent nearly a decade at Opentable, building the company’s corporate data organization and shaping a strong data-driven decision-making culture. His earlier roles included leadership positions at Yahoo and Ehalmont.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing on the University of Southern California’s information systems.
