Located on one third of the acre, the six-bedroom home has 65 feet of waterfront, a marina and rooftop deck overlooking the waterways within the rock body.
McCourt is the former CEO of the Los Angeles Dodgers and founder of Jamie Enterprises, who served as ambassador during the Trump administration and resigned in 2021.
The earlier renovation of developer Todd Michael Glaser and his wife Kim received a historically sensitive restoration award for the 2019 Palm Beach Beach Awards. Updates include teak flooring, reminiscent of yacht decks, refined original wood flooring, and extensive system upgrades while retaining iconic elements such as stone-faced fireplaces and glass windows. Last year, the price of the house dropped to $23.5 million and went public for $24.95 million.
Palm Beach has long been home to former ambassadors, and McCourt has joined a list of envoys from Hungary, Morocco and the United Kingdom.
