With yscouts.com, I think you will find 15 issues.

The best way

This is not BS Job Search Advice Broadcast, Episode 1830. Yes, 1830. I am your master, Jeff Altman, the big game hunter, welcome to Friday.

Yes, it’s Friday. Today’s show was an interview in the C suite. Hope you find it helpful and give a good review.

I’m really grateful. I’m really grateful. Please do this.

I’m begging. Just one minute. Well, you can do it on your phone.

Just go to the show and give it a good review. Five stars. That’s what this show deserves.

Your five stars. After all, it was a video from 1830, and I was one or more of the next performance, and I also had one. So, let’s start.

OK? Now, I’ve been looking for some questions to continue to have tough interview questions because I think this is really where a lot of my focus is going to develop next year. Like I’ve been doing a podcast show for a year, I want to dig deeper into the interview questions and their answers. While doing some homework, I stumbled upon a search company’s website.

The website is whyscout. That’s the letter y, scouts.com. They have a great post with 15 great executive interview questions. Now, I think it clear.

I don’t agree with the company. I just said they have some really good questions here. So, I want to give them credibility.

Similarly, whyscouts.com is a website that is 15 excellent executive interview questions. If you want to find a page, there are hyphens between each word. So, let me give you some exams. . . Actually, let me give you all 15.

Looking for enough clues to wrestling?

Which assumptions people make about you are wrong? This is a good question because it reveals

Emotional intelligence and self-awareness about how you influence others. If you were to teach a university course, which course would you teach? So it basically reveals some of your passions and where you think you have the strengths. Which leader or leader do you look up to? Why? Now, I’m not a big fan of this question, because I think it’s less revealing than firm hope, as most people would come up with PAT answers or PAT names.

But if you carry a name that they have never heard of and then talk about the qualities and traits that the person has, I think it’s in your favor. And you can talk. . . I know a lot of people might talk about Steve Jobs, Jack Welch or Larry Ellison or the famous leader. But having an AA woman or a man does really help me, what they do reveals to me something I don’t know and then you get involved in some of these things, which is a great way to answer you believe a truth that most people disagree with, so it can help them understand the belief system of the candidate.

What is one of the assumptions people have about you? I’ve made that one. sorry. who. . . Who is your mentor or mentor, and what challenges have you encountered recently? Now, I think it’s a great question because the real leader isn’t trying to figure it out on his own.

What they were trying to do was, when I found out the problem, they put a support court on themselves to avoid doing everything themselves. They have a mentor. They have coaches.

They have consultants who can see things from different perspectives. So, this is a good question. This is very inspiring.

Tell me there is a time when you have to make tough business decisions to support your company’s purpose, but there can be negative short-term financial impact. This is a clumsy question and you have to reveal your courage to answer it. Tell me you have violated the rules of your employees.

Therefore, it talks with human guidance. There are employee manual rules. The company notes that these are not security risk rules.

Similarly, employers or search companies can get some good observations. If you go back and give valuable advice to your 21-year-old self, what would you say? Now, PAT answers are not working very hard. Everything will be solved.

You don’t have to be afraid of everything. These are all predictable answers. Deeper.

Think about this ahead of time so that you can actually reveal something. Don’t quite understand that you hurt your candidacy, but you know what I mean. When you think about your career, who is a team member, has a huge impact on it? What is your leadership today? The problem does not need explanation.

If you can solve any problem in the world, what would it be? Again, it’s something that reveals your passion and your character. Also, if you can align the answer with the company you interviewed and its mission and purpose, it is home run. What is your leadership philosophy? Now, as the search company points out, the problem is vague.

Do this intentionally. So basically, they want to hear you reveal your core values or the way you lead. So when you answer this question, consider the core values.

What is a bug you wish you could go back and fix? Return to the rookie in time. The classic answers I suggest people always revolve around how hard things you are struggling, without getting your boss to look up and you learn that your actions have an impact on others. Others are affected by it.

You decide. . . You get rid of what you can’t do. . . You must let your boss know as early as possible that you need help. Yes, you can try and work while helping you. But this idea becomes the influence you make, affecting others.

Be a recruiter

Tell me about the disputes between colleagues you have to resolve. How did you deal with tensions? So, it’s about resolving conflicts. Now, it doesn’t say about you and your colleagues.

It says colleagues. Maybe it’s about subordinates in your group or subordinates you report to someone and subordinates in another group. Don’t let yourself get into a difficult situation.

Instead, put subordinates in. What specific psychological, physical, emotional or mental activities do you engage in to keep yourself at your best? I don’t need to explain this. The last one, I think it’s important, what are you learning now? For many, their growth becomes rigid as they gain more experience.

They are addicted to their urgent tasks and stop learning. The best leaders, the most successful people are constantly learning. You know, don’t consider that I don’t have time to do it now.

read. Attend class. Go to a lecture.

Go to the meeting. Talk about your coaching relationship. Basically, think about where you can keep growing.

After all, you are not the finished product and they don’t believe you should be the finished product. Instead, talk about who your consultant is in life and what you’ve been learning lately. This may be about the difference between personnel management and people’s leadership and people’s leadership.

So, get creative here. So, that’s today’s performance. Hope you find it helpful.
