Godfather’s advice on negotiating salary

This is to work hard for the organization and rise among all levels. Don’t change your job often. After all, you know, many warning stories basically tell you to shut up and go to work.
Now, the lesson here is really what employers do with them? They do whatever work they need to make a living. Most companies do this morally. Sometimes, some companies are immoral and sometimes even illegal.
Frankly, employees are one-off about how they deal with their employees. They use you as much as possible. If they don’t need you, if they don’t need you anymore, then you’re gone.

If the economic situation changes, then you are gone. And, you know, you need to do careers in almost the same way. You can’t just sit there and wait for someone to hit you on your shoulder and say, I think you’re ready to advance to the programmer level.
You only use it as an example of those stupid institutional titles that employers sometimes use. What to consider to develop your career? What will help you succeed? This may be internal or external. You know, as I have said many times, people who succeed are not always the smartest or the hardest, even though these qualities are great.
Those who take the lead are alert, sometimes those within their company. Usually, they are external. When you look. . . When you pat your shoulders internally, it’s usually about the patient slowly rising.
When you are attacked outside, it is because someone sees what they want inside you. They believe they need it and think you get it. This is a halo that allows you to take advantage of the situation more actively.
Isn’t that true? Isn’t that because you think you’re going to always reach the point where you’re 65 and retire from these companies? Of course not. Until then, they will get rid of your way, or make your conditions untenable before that. So you need to think of your career as a series of steps to improve your rank.
Sometimes, you make mistakes. Don’t get me wrong. But, at the same time, you want to be in charge of your life, not your employer.
