Nearly a decade later, last year’s Beats Pill received much-needed updates and addressed all the shortcomings of its predecessor. The new model is more impressive, with a higher price of $149.95. Even better, it is currently on sale at a 34% discount.
As of June 9, you can buy champagne gold, matte black, light gray or dark gray beat pills for just $99 instead of $149.95. For portable speakers, this is over $50 in savings and a new record low price. It dropped to $99.95 several times, but this is the first time since its release last year that it has reached $99.
The 2024 Hit Drug has a tilted drive, a large bass, a powerful speaker, a waterproof design, and a lengthy 24-hour battery life, making it a particularly good choice for poolside suspension. Mashable’s sister sites PCMAG and CNET both tested the speakers and mostly had positive things to say.
