Caimi appeared on our website for the last time. Her paintings, she said, are “created, designed to challenge the structure of our moments and elicit sympathy for women’s experiences. Using visualization, bright colors and symbolism, my work is largely a recycling and recompilation of women’s social ideas and a lighting of the world through women’s gaze.”
