When they are asked in an interview, how do you answer questions about where they want you to rate your skills?
Signs that you may be a poor leader
Jeff Altman, a large hunter. I am a coach who helps people throughout my work and hires, manages and leads more effectively. . . You know, the workplace-related issues. This is one of the interesting difficult interview questions that can constitute one of two ways. Let me give you two versions of the question. One of the ones I used in the title is,How will you evaluate your abilities on a scale of one to ten?“. Very simple questions. Ten are the best questions in the world, and one is that you can figure it out. This is a change in the same question, but there is one extra thing in it. You can’t use number eight. Got that? Rate yourself and your abilities on a scale of one to ten. Ten are the best in the world. You cannot use No. 8.
Why would anyone do this? Simple. Most people default to the number eight. You will see that the way the problem works is not the problem itself, but the follow-up. So, for example, in the first iteration of this, you might say, “I say eight and a half, maybe nine.” “Why did you choose this number?” “Well, I’m not the best in the world. I know I’m very good and I haven’t met over a hundred people doing what I do. So from these people, I can see that I’m ranking high. But we’re talking about it all over the world, so I’ll put it down a little bit and say eight and a half, maybe nine.” How do you see your situation? The follow-up is designed to allow you to explain what will make you use a certain nine. What will make you seven. Then they might detect. What is the difference between these rankings and your ability to confidently soar in the background without giving up the secrets of your experience, which is important here.
They don’t want me to tell you
Now, when you can’t use the number eight, stop for a second and then, “Oh,” you sighed because you’ll pick eight. It doesn’t matter. “Well, if I can’t choose eight, I’ll choose nine.” OK, why do you do this? “Because I’m definitely not seven. Seven people are. . . ” Then you start to devalue speech about people who are not of quality. 9. This is much closer than when I was 7 years old. This is what you are doing not just answering this question, but also showing confidence in yourself, and that’s another part. This question can be asked in job search. The tricky question is 8 because, like I said, people default to this. Don’t choose 7 for this. False humility only shows lack of confidence in them.
