PlatinumCard® from American Express is an ideal card for frequent travelers as it offers privileges for airport lounge access and hotel credit.
The card also has a variety of lifestyle benefits that increase its value and offset the sting of the annual fee. For example, you can get a SAKS Fifth Avenue statement credit of up to $100 per calendar year, which is the first time between January and June up to $50 and up to $50 in the second half of the year. (Registration is required.)
However, this credit line for use or rejection is reset twice a year – meaning that if you haven’t already, this month is your last chance to use your credit in the first half of the year.
