Should recruiters specifically explain why not choose candidates to move forward?

How to interview

Should recruiters specifically explain why not choose candidates to move forward? Now, I will answer this question from the perspective of a third-party recruiter and from a company recruiter.

Starting with third-party recruiters, they are messengers of a company that doesn’t usually reveal more: “Yes, we think the person is too light.” Sometimes, a company will say, “We see stronger people.” Your reaction may be, “Well, they’re stronger than me? I can prove that I’m stronger.” Frankly, it’s too late, and maybe you care more about learning from experience. But third-party recruiters work for employers, they don’t work for you, you might find that I hate it so much, but the truth is, you won’t pay them anything.

Third-party recruiters are hired by employers; they are hired by employers on a retention or emergency basis to find talent from the company. If the information they receive in feedback might embarrass the company, they usually have to worry about you know, call up their customers, say terrible things, and frankly, their customers don’t want to hear it. They didn’t care at the time. You are rejected, rejected. Should they be obligated? How do you buy their obligations? What have you paid for their obligations? The answer is nothing. They have no obligation to tell you anything and it ends up, don’t deceive yourself and don’t think this recruiter will answer your questions because he wants to know.

You know, you ask, “Would they specifically explain why you didn’t choose to move forward?” Well, I’ll tell you why you chose not to move forward: they don’t like your background on paper. It doesn’t fit what they want, and that’s why your resume doesn’t do it.

Why do more companies rely on video interviews?
