Does it feel like you hit a wall in your career? #short introduces the disturbing fact: Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, the top of the ladder cannot reach your current company. We will cover potential reasons why your work may have a ceiling and what you can do if you are ready to increase your growth.

Promotions don’t owe you

Let me know that you are not going to climb the ladder and be successful with your current employer. You might get promotions and do more work, which is great, but if you think you’re going to go from being an employee-level individual to a C-Suite, you’re going crazy. You are cheating on yourself, and according to TV shows from the 1950s and 60s, you buy this old belief that it is possible. no. Tell me about anything you’ve seen someone rise up and I’ll point out that this is an exception because if this is normal we won’t hear the exception. This just happens.

Instead, all you need to do is stay strategic and be aware of the roles that make sense to you. After all, those who succeed are not always the smartest, and they are not always the hardest. These are great qualities, but it is not useful to you. The job to do is to be alert to opportunities. Sometimes these are internal to your organization and most of the time they are external.
