What if you don’t agree with what they say?

In some interviews, sometimes you just disagree with their solution and just feel dissatisfied with how they solve the problem. This is the way to respond.
How do you answer when asked to rate yourself in a 1-10 ratio?
I’m Jeff Altman, a big hunter. I guide people. I can help with workplace issues involving job recruitment management and leadership, just being more effective at work, and today’s questions are actually about disagreeing with what you’re asked during the interview process, which is regular.
I know when I recruit in the Stone Age people get technical questions and when I report the person to them after an interview so they can say something, they ask me a question. Their answer is wrong. I tried to explain to them, but they just cut me off.
Like, what do you do? The answer does boil down to you being polite to them and you can explain why you think you are right and you can do something differently as I answered. Can I take a walk to you? No, no, no, no. I’m right about this.
Let me briefly introduce my thoughts on this, which is for the staff level people interviewed for the manager. Let’s take a look at it from the perspective of two senior people and how you can solve this problem because this surfaces again. So there are some questions about how to deal with leadership issues and how to solve specific management issues, and they have an agenda where you can point out your success and they might say, “No, I won’t do that.”
“Well, what do you do?” Then you kind of dissect their minds. Have you considered it? Have you considered it? Yes, I kind of overlooked it because when I encounter these situations, frankly, these are the key points of how I can solve it. Really? How do you do it? And be aware of the way you are doing. . . I don’t want to say flat, but deal with pure intelligence.
What you can do is to disagree with someone and give them some thoughts. Friendly isn’t usually, and when a company hires it’s not about hiring a robot, so we’re going to follow what they tell you to do. They want to hire people who can think, and the higher you are, the more you think, and the ability to professionally disagree with is important.
In fact, for higher individuals, this is critical because it is possible. . . This question or scenario might be a test for you, they know their answer is not very correct, but it is close enough that if you are not enough to resist and move forward, you will rule out yourself. So, don’t hesitate. Just dig deep and do it in a good way.
