Who will do a better job for you – recruiting people or coaches?

I conducted a survey on LinkedIn and asked this question. After all, I wrote an article for Brainz saying “Who will do a better job for you – recruiters or coaches?” I shared my thoughts. I spent most of my career hiring before transitioning to coaching. I asked people on LinkedIn what they thought.
Almost 2/3 of the respondents believed that the coach would do better. 34% think recruiters will do better.
Comments include:
“The coach will help you focus on the time you are interviewing and provide strategies for leading new roles – which may be more important than before.”
“Both can provide valuable insights from different perspectives.”
“Two completely different skills!!
There are 2 sentences I can’t introduce a ton. If you want a new career or position that doesn’t match your specific experience, you’d better start with a career coach…”
