This is normal – add a small pinch of flour to your work surface as needed, but don’t overuse the bread, otherwise the bread may dry out.

- sea salt – Sprinkle on top for a classic mint flavor and crunch.

How to make two ingredients dough spotted protein bread
- Preheat your preheated oven to 375°F. Coat 8-inch baking tray or prepared pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, evenly coat the bottom and sides of the pan.
- In a large bowl, use a sturdy spatula or rubber spatula to mix the self-raising flour and Greek yogurt together until a sticky dough ball is formed.
- Transfer to the flour surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until the dough is smooth.
- Shape the dough balls and press them evenly into the prepared pan.

- Sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top turns golden and the edges are pulled away from the pan.
- Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
