Camera Settings Ronica Rupan for Her Viral Food Video

Thousands of people are watching Ronica Rupan make her cucumber lime mint freshwater milk powder, her lemon ginger turmeric healthy shots, and her citrus herb fire sauce. Her fans are fascinated by her videos, showing exactly how she makes herself sleepy girls without alcohol and assholes roasted cauliflower, not only because the recipes are great – it’s because the food looks delicious, but the quality of her videos is the quality of the studio.

On Meta Night Out in Vidcon 2025, we sat down with Rupan to find out exactly what she created for her 508,000 Instagram followers, 127,100 Tiktok followers, and 47,200 YouTube subscribers.

Sony FX30

Ronica actually has two Sony FX30s that she set up in the kitchen on a tripod.

“Because I shoot everything and edit everything alone, and all food content needs to capture all the shots right away,” she told Mashable.

Aperture 300 lights

She used two lights – an aperture 300 light and a soft box – to make sure the food looks as good as it tastes.

“You have to capture the pull of that kind of cheese,” she said.

DJI OSMO

She will also include photos of her favorite DJI OSMO camera, as it can capture a wide variety of angles.

Adobe Premiere Pro

Ronica said she edited everything on the desktop at the premiere, even for content designed to be used for short videos.

“Even if I edit something short, I’m still very desktop,” she said, adding that even if she gets the lens from the occasional metaglasses, she uploads it to her laptop for editing.
