Is it possible to go from management to the employee role I really like without giving up on money?

Thin lines: Toughness and despair

I’m Jeff Altman, and I’m coaching people to help their careers in many different ways, and I’m asking me to change from their management career to what they love, and I hinted in a question that they’re asking me without giving up a lot of money. Now, I don’t know how much this person makes. I just know that they are not happy about what they do in this management effort, I know from what they write.

They have a romantic idea of returning to employee-level positions in time but not making money. We both know that this is impossible because why asking someone and the answer can only come down to other people you know, like you, trust you, give you an opportunity at the employee level to make that kind of money you make, and I will get the extra size because of what you deduced in what you write. You want to do something different.

There is only one who knows the chance you will give you, because if you are another company and first look at someone who wants to go back to the employees, want to do something different, want to make the same money they are making now, what is that for them? Why do they give you this opportunity? They don’t give their own people. Why do they give it to you as an outsider? Being a great woman is not good enough as a good person. You do need to spend some time narrowing down what you want to do because that’s not enough to say, I don’t want to manage it.

I want to be an employee, but what kind of employee job is it? What kind of job? You have to provide this feature and you need to start a conversation so you can know more clearly because no one can figure it out for you. All that is going to happen is you’re going to sit around and walk around, no, I don’t think so. I don’t want to do that.

OK, what do you want to do? I have no idea. OK, sure. Find out that part.

Make sure you want to do what you want to do and then start talking to people and then start talking about your suggestions. Someone will give you a chance. Is this easy? No.

It will be a tough journey, but you can do it. I’m Jeff Altman. Hope you help this.
