What should I do when I haven’t found a job 8 months after graduation?

Win a job interview (for entry-level professionals)

“So the first thing I want to say is that you are doing something wrong. Understand that you are doing something wrong and start thinking about correcting it. Here is the formula I tell people: You won’t answer a lot of calls or contacts from LinkedIn because the recent graduates are a dime. But I will introduce this in a general way so that experienced workers can also get something from my answer to this question.

If you don’t respond to your resume, either send it to a job you don’t qualify or show a job that’s right, which means it’s a bad resume. If you are not connecting with people on LinkedIn – again, this does not apply to recent graduates – if you are not connecting with recruiters via LinkedIn, your profile lacks keywords and therefore won’t search in searches.

If you are going for the first interview but are not invited back, your interview is not good. If you are invited back but not invited to meet with a hiring manager, you may have to work in the professional field because that is often what happens in the second interview; they learn more about your knowledge. If you are going to hiring a manager, the whole boss, and there is no further a step, then there may be problems with your relationship skills, which may not happen. But for an experienced person, you may be intimidated in a meeting with them, rather than showing equality in a conversation. One thing that senior professionals care about is that they want to make sure they can trust you, and the easiest way is to talk to them as a companion.

Now back to our graduates who have been out of work for eight months: You may lack the skills; you may send your resume to the wrong company. I’m going to say that the best thing you can do is contact other graduates from schools you’ve attended with the same degree program as you and ask them how they can find a job and see if their company has anything. I would go back to college, go to the Career Services office, and seek their advice. I won’t hire a coach. You may not be able to afford a coach and the coach will have nothing to do with you. But you can go back and connect with the people you go to school with, who are further graduates, leading a year or two. Talk to them about how they find a job. Talk to career services. Ask experienced graduates how to land and work. Your network must be able to help you.

graduate? One thing you need to practice
