Sevilla Adventure – Fitnessista

Share our review of Sevilla adventures!

Hi, friends! Are you OK? Hope you have had a great time so far. We were meeting some friends before doing some podcast interviews and we were looking forward to having a low-key night here.

For today’s post, I would like to share a review of some of Sevilla’s adventures.

(Dressed here)

There is no way to review everything though – we stayed there for four weeks! – I love sharing ideas for friends who might be visiting this beautiful place, and I love these posts as a little memory book. TBH I’m the worst of printing photos, there are thousands of photos on my phone and computer. At least I have the OL’Blog, holding some memories we can go back to. 😉

Seville Adventure

When we were in Sevilla, we blended all our favorite things: walking around, exploring, eating, shopping and hanging out with friends. It was a great opportunity to catch up with our beloved friends (P and P are among the best friends in the world) and enjoy a more comfortable place for us as we were there for a few weeks last summer. One good thing is that we don’t feel rushing to do travel. We’ve seen the main landmarks and had enough time, which gave us Sloooow lowered opporunity, which has been welcomed after such a mess this year.

Recommended restaurants in Seville

On this trip, I ended up doing a lot of cooking and loved it. It was so fun to go to the market every day and buy something that looked good, and since it was just me and the girl, the meals were fast and casual for the most part. (When the pilot is at home, I feel like I have to make real meals/recipes, but when it’s just me and the girl, we keep it up a lot.)

We also have Pollo Asado on the street, which is convenient to get a fresh $11 barbecue chicken that will feed us all!

We make *family dinner* with friends, and each of us does a few things together at their table almost every weekday and have dinner together at their table. It was such a treat, I’ve missed it. We will share the labor of cooking + dishes, where you can chat and hang out, and the kids may run around after dinner. 😉

We also ate at some incredible restaurants in Seville.

Some of our favorites of all time:

Our top restaurants:

– Mokambo

– Alfalfa 8

– El Rinconcillo

– Petra (get Spanish tortillas)

– Maria Trifieca

– Cañabota (Incredible Michelin Star Experience)

– Gluten-free bakery

– BarPicantón for Spanish seafood pastry

– Always in the ice cream in Rosalia. They also have GF cones now!

One new thing we did on this trip: a day in Isla Mágica! It’s a huge theme park and water park in the city and the kids explode. The water slides are so fun and they have crazy roller coasters as well. They also own beer and Tinto de Verano, so they won.

Activity

Hallucination Museum

Flamenco – We saw two flamenco shows while we were there and they were still my favorite stuff.

Gym:

We also joined the gym while we were in town! I was happy with my Airbnb Sculpt Society workout but decided to get a gym membership at Gunter! San Bernardo has multiple swimming pools. I knew it for two weeks on the trip and should do it early! The pool is perfect for hot days and I love their group fitness classes. They also have huge new technology and power equipment. This is a beautiful and super clean facility.

Airbnb:

We live in Airbnb and it is very cute, but it is very small. Usually, it’s no big deal because we’re exploring outside, but because it’s hot, we spend more time on Airbnb than usual. I wish I could pay for a balcony or a small terrace to hang out. This was perfect for the three of us girls, but when we left we were surely ready for a comfortable bed.

If you are planning a trip to Seville, I will make a tip so please let me know if you want to include anything from me. This is a magical place with beautiful culture, friendly people, and lots of things to do, and I definitely recommend adding it to your travel list.

xoxo

Gina
