The recruiter is trying to find out when to ask what I am looking for?

A good question for a person trying to find out who is trying to learn when I ask what I want. As always, I gave a straight answer, but also provided a unique twist from the time of recruiting.

Thin Line: Toughness and Despair #shorts

This question was asked today and the question translated into a recruiter trying to find out what I’m asking what I want?

Now, it’s up to me, I’ll tell you how to explain the answer when talking to someone. So, usually you want to find two things, whether you are an active job seeker or they are recruiting you, but that doesn’t matter, however, your answer is how to answer these two things.

What compensation are you looking for? what are you looking for? Now, here is an explanation for what they are trying to find out. I know this is one of the things I’m trying to discover. Another thing is what kind of role are you looking for? Considering what your current salary is, your experience, and whether you are reasonably expecting your position.

“Hi. I’m a programmer. I want to be the CIO of another organization.” The buzzer went off. No, no, that’s ridiculous. No one promoted programmers to CIO. It just doesn’t work. You do not have the knowledge and experience to do so. So, all you have to do is discover what someone expects from their status and whether they are justified.

Now, I’ve played another game before, and the game is in the order they gave me. Now, usually when someone tells me about the salary first, then the position, money will be the most important thing, and vice versa, if they talk to me about the position and then the salary is second, that will be the more important thing.

Now, sometimes other small things come up. For example, I want to work within X miles of my residence. I want to move to another area. You’ll see that recruiters are trying to find the variables to play in your decision to see if it matches what their customers are looking for and what customers can deliver because it’s not only about you. You’re not paying for anything. It’s about clients and what they can do because recruiters don’t send people to work. They fill the job someone is willing to pay for them to fill the job.

So, I want you to understand that recruiters can evaluate and evaluate the role or role you can play for. After that, you are stocking… stocking, they can go back to it later. Once they have the information you share matches another location.

So, again, it’s all about money. It all goes with your role and how you adapt to the position you apply for or the position they are trying to recruit you.
