Anish Kapoor lists New York apartments for $17.75.

It is reported New York Post. On the basis of buildings, the artist’s smaller iteration is famous for Cloud Gatea reflective bean-shaped sculpture displayed in Chicago.

Located on the 47th floor, the 57-story high 56 Leonard Street apartment for sale in Kapoor has 3,576 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with 12-foot ceilings and windows.

The master bedroom suite features walk-in closets and travertine damile bath with heated floors. It also boasts a private elevator landing, three private outdoor spaces, a fireplace and an open chef’s kitchen.

Additional amenities include an indoor pool, sunbathing, gym, screening room, residents’ lounge, private dining room and children’s playroom.

Its unique shape, recalling the crisscrossing neighborhoods of the game Jenga, was designed by world-renowned architect Herzog & de Meuron. It is the highest structure in Tribeca.

This is not the first time that a Mumbai-born British artist has listed the apartment. Last year, under different brokerage firms, it offered for about $18 million. It is not clear why Kapoor is for sale, but he bought the department directly from the sponsor for about $14 million. Currently, the apartment is listed as Krista Nickols and Martin Garcia in Serhant.

In 2021, Kapoor listed his former London home for $26 million, one of the largest homes in the Central City. This was shortly after the artist purchased the 18th-century Venetian palace and planned to convert it into an exhibition space.
