Jeff Altman, the big game Hunter, talks about the job hunting brand of blue-collar workers.

Why are your interview skills bad

Hi, this is Jeff Altman, this is the big game hunter, welcome to the BS-free job advice broadcast. Brands are crucial to everyone’s professionals. Why do I say that? Well, you might see that branding won’t help you with job search.

But I looked at it for a long time. That said, even if you are 55 years old, you will have a career. Even if you are 60 or 62 or 65 years old, your career may be longer than you think.

And you want to have a brand that makes you attractive to people. Now, on this show, I spent some time talking about brands that are specifically targeted at blue collar and collarless workers. However, some of these courses are for everyone.

So, I hope you find this show helpful. If you do this, I hope you do two things. Two things.

Yes, two things. First of all, I hope you contact me on LinkedIn on LinkedIn on linkedin.com forward slash thebiggamehunter. The second thing is, if you are looking for a job, please join me in my efforts. I hope to help you.

Even if you listen to it for a few weeks, these shows will only appear in one day. Trust me, if you join the site, you will find many situations that you will find helpful. So, join me again. Now, with it, joining me on the show.

I’m going to talk about brands. While the video is indeed aimed at blue-collar workers, I think if you are also a white-collar worker, I think many of the same views are correct. So, listen to me.

The importance of a brand

Try to follow the advice I gave you. It’s not necessarily perfect for the first time, but you want to develop in a way that works for you, not just in this job search so that you can also provide everything for future job searches. Now, the first thing I want to mention is that you need to take some time to try to figure out what makes you unique, what makes you unique, what makes you unique from other people who do your work for the company you are doing.

How do you stand out from your backpack? So, this is the first point. The second point is, when you look at online characters, keep critical comments, screaming remarks and bad pictures, you know this is your profile. The company is looking for information they can find about people online.

You don’t want them to stand their way. The third thing is that if the recruiter tries to find you, whether it’s a company recruiter or a third-party recruiter, think like they do and find you in your LinkedIn profile and other keywords that can find you. If you are blogging, make sure the blog’s SEO mentions the appropriate keywords.

This is the fourth point, and I think this is probably the biggest. Start recording your work life with videos, pictures and things you show you. Now, there is an interesting website and they have a beta of the app I’m using.

The site is called somewhere and once you allow you to sign up, you can use their app. Currently in beta. I’m sure it will be coming out of the Beta soon.

But what they allow you to do is to record your career with pictures and descriptions, and people are curious. I’m finding people, other than those who work for the firm, of course, are starting to follow me regularly and you’ll find that if you start to chronicle yourself professionally with photos and with video, putting them up on LinkedIn, putting them up on Somewhere, putting them up on Facebook and Twitter and other places, you’re going to start laying the foundation so that, maybe not in this job search but in future ones, people will start to look out for you and start to look for you and you’ll have established a brand where you’re known as. So, that’s today’s performance.

Hope you find it helpful. If you do, please join my Jobs eachechearchcoachinghq.com. I have tons of them that you can watch, listen or read to help you find a job faster. Don’t forget, please give me five stars in iTunes! Please five stars in iTunes! I hope you have a wonderful day.
