Microsoft is selling Smurf laptops. Why?

Do you need a new laptop? Do you really really like the little blue creatures wearing white hats, living in a mushroom house and three tall apples? Well, this is your lucky day.
Microsoft has quietly launched the Surface laptop, the Smurface Edition, a limited edition variant of its 13-inch laptop, which features four Smurf laser-etched lids. This is a new collaboration Smurfs The movie was released on July 18, and is a confusing movie to say the least.
The legendary meaning of Smurface is of course very interesting. Does the concept of Smurf + PC exist in the Smurf Universe? When did Smurfs like Windows? Smurf email? Does Smurf Village even have wifi? Mashable has contacted Microsoft Rep for more details on how the device evolves.
Mixable light speed
Microsoft initially announced Smurface through its @surface Instagram account on July 7, and then sold it on Amazon that day Smurfs Premiere. According to some beautiful prints, it is exclusive to the retailer and only 100 are available for purchase. While writing on July 29, I was able to add 87 to my cart, so obviously there are some recipients already.
You can also type Smurface through the Microsoft Rewards program (sorry, I can’t actually believe they named it) which can eliminate gameplay, make Microsoft Store purchases, and search on Bing. The draw will end on August 14.
3 Best Laptops in 2025 (so far)
The cover design distinguishes the Smurface from a standard 13-inch surface laptop that debuted in May. It has an octa-core Snapdragon X Plus processor and a 60Hz touch screen display with a resolution of 1920 x 1280. These specs are slightly worse than Microsoft’s flagship 13.8-inch Surface Laptop 7, our favorite Windows laptop, but the smaller version has a slightly longer battery life with a slightly longer 23-hour credit card per day.
The Smurface comes with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS storage for $999.99, the same as its non-Smurfy counterpart. smurftastic!
