9to5google reports that Google has swapped icons for Gemini apps on iPhone and Android. Now, a purple to blue gradient on the quarter star is now a rainbow gradient reminiscent of the Google logo, yellow, green, red and blue.

The star dots are also rounder than the old logo. In addition to the new app icon, 9to5google also wrote that the new star features on the home screen widget on Android (rather than the iPhone). The Gemini website also currently has old blue and purple colors.
Mixable light speed
However, Google Gemini’s Instagram account has also made a new look. This change does make Gemini part of Google’s “family” because all other product logos like Search, Chrome and Google Play have the same color.
