Best hotels in Europe to book with points

I rarely redeem points for select privileges because I find that I can get better value when redeeming overseas. While I usually cash out the choice points in major Japanese cities like Tokyo and Osaka, I also gained good value in Europe.
When looking for the best hotels to book with a choice point, you need to remember that certain European choice properties won’t allow you to earn points on your stay, so be sure to look for “Private Points You Don’t Win At This Hotel” on this property page.

Clarion Hotel Post (Sweden)
Clarion Hotel Post is located in the heart of Gothenburg, Sweden, just a few steps from the Central Railway Station. Located in a historic post office building, the building has been completely renovated and includes a spa, rooftop pool and very comfortable rooms.
On most dates, there are 15,000 choice points per night and 15,000 choice points per night, but the paid price starts at about $142 per night. The accommodation includes a full breakfast for all guests each morning.

Comfort Hotel Vesterbro (Denmark)
Comfort Hotel Vesterbro is located in the stylish Vesterbro community in Copenhagen, close to Central Station and Tivoli Gardens.

On most dates, you can book a variety of rooms, including a superior room with double bed and a two-day sofa bed, 15,000 per night. Meanwhile, the pay rate is about $108 per night.

Aquarius Venice Hotel, Hotel Total Collection (Italy)
Hotel Aquarius Venice is a Ascension Collection hotel located in the Sankt Cross area, within walking distance of Venezuela’s West Saint Lucia Train Station. Each morning, all guests can use the free continental buffet breakfast.

The paid price starts at about $257 per night. The reward space may be small, but if there is one, the junior suite will be 20,000 per night and the suite will be 24,000 per night.
