Have you heard of the princess’ stories, who can feel a pea under their thick mattress? No? How did you experience having tiny pebbles in your shoes?

This is beneficial for resume

The person was fired. Should they admit it during the interview? And I know this will be a question, but it is not fundamentally different from the first question I answered. In 2019, the person was fired for making jokes at work. So they learned from it and it won’t happen again.

The question is what to say on the application because they always ask, “Have you ever been fired or forced to resign? Please explain.” Now, if you hide it, lying on the application is the basis for termination. It allows them to fire you when they do a background check and find out that you have been terminated.

So, whether you value honesty or not, the question is, are you lying and risking exposure? It is easy for companies to work with each other. And if you are in a situation where you are caught, you are screwed up. So I would answer the app honestly and then simply say, “In 2019, I learned a very painful lesson and I made some inappropriate jokes.” That’s the truth. What kind of joke? It’s embarrassing to admit it, I know they’re wrong.

You could say it was happening at a time, but “I don’t remember the part of the staff manual that gave them authority, namely, to terminate my ability to do so.” Too bad. “They are not racists. They are more…everything.” Don’t go into details. To say that this is not racist, it is sexist and looks bad. No matter what you do, it won’t work properly.

To put it very simply, “Look, I learned a very painful lesson, yes, I was fired, those jokes never come out of my mouth. There is nothing to worry about. If you go back to check the reference, you will find that they tell you the exact truth”. If a company doesn’t want to hire you after you are repentant, then if they take you on board, after checking and finding out that you have been fired. Here is my advice: Honestly.

Avoid negative words and phrases during job interviews
