It’s not just Epstein. Maga is angry about a lot of things

President Donald Trump lost support from Donald’s poster, which is worth noting to say the least. Members of the Ultra-Pro-Trump Message Committee have been accused of helping program attacks on the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, and have been one of the president’s most faithful corners on the internet.
But, like many other parts of the recent Maga Universe, many users have had enough.
“It is unforgivable to be very disappointed with Trump,” one user wrote early Monday morning, echoing the anger and resentment of the Trump administration’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.
Trump and his allies assured Republicans that once in office, they would release explosive revelations that the defendant Epstein died in custody in 2019, and what he called a “customer list.” But last week, the FBI and the Justice Department issued a memorandum that concluded that Epstein died of suicide. Worse, the memo said Epstein’s “customer list” Attorney General Pam Bondi said February did not actually exist on her desk.
This anger is immediately and overwhelming due to grassroots supporters, right-wing influencers and conservative media burning. It’s not just Epstein. For them, denying the alleged child abuse ring has become the cornerstone of conspiracy theories related to Epstein. Wired reported that the night before the death was discovered, the angry shot was further intensified, and the surveillance footage of the shot may have been modified.
Trump has been scrambling to refute criticism and defend Bondy, writing in a Truth Society post on Saturday that “selfish people” are trying to hurt his administration “the whole person who never died.”
The turmoil around Epstein is just the latest in many bubbling Trump world issues. For Tucker Carlson, a former Fox News host who is now broadcasting on X, it’s Iran’s bombing. For Laura Loomer, a famous conspiracy theorist with Trump, this is Trump’s acceptance of Qatar’s luxury plane. For pro-Trump Ben Shapiro, it’s tariffs. For many popular podcasts, Joe Rogan, it was an ice raid targeting non-criminal migrant workers. This is the most beautiful bill for Elon Musk, who recently served as a special government employee.
To date, most high-profile right-wing media figures have not directly attacked Trump, but instead focused their anger on Bundy or other executive numbers. But as resentment in these communities betrayed by Trump continues to grow, things may change.
“The potential is the death of thousands of cut-down scenarios in which enough criticism strikes from enough different angles that calculus transforms into many more influential figures in the movement,” Matthew Gertz, a senior researcher at Progressive Media Surveillance Media Media Affairs, told Wade.
