Bilt Rewards announces three new cards

Earlier this year, BILT investigated what its members hope to see in their new card products. Now, it puts these insights in mind by announcing the news of three new credit cards developed based on member feedback. And more: With the new funding of $250 million, the company is accelerating its expansion to other housing categories, creating a long-lasting path for earning points for long-standing mortgages.

New Bilt Rewards card in 2026

Bilt Rewards is known for its frequent innovations, but one area where the program lags behind is its card combination. However, everything is about to change. By February 2026, BILT will cooperate with the credit card platform card-free to launch three new cards. According to feedback from tens of thousands of BILT members, the new card will include a fee-free card, a $95 fee card and a $495 fee card.

At that time, the current cardholder BiltMastercard® (See rates and fees) Will be transferred from Wells Fargo to the new card platform.

BILT founder Ankur Jain told the media over the phone.

As for the card itself, Jain said the new premium card won’t “go in the direction others choose to go to the super-cost of a bunch of coupons.”

Unfortunately, BILT is not saying more about the new card right now, but it promises to announce details about the new issuance partners, reward structures, card benefits and transition progress.

Bilt is expanding to more housing categories

BILT will also expand to more housing categories, including working directly with mortgage providers. BILT specifically mentions the new partnership with joint wholesale mortgages, and Jain said Bilt is adopting a strategy “with similarities to ours with property managers.” The end-to-end platform of mortgage services will allow people to obtain points on mortgage loans through various methods.

More information will be provided this fall, but Jain said BILT will continue to offer rental solutions to improve and simplify in the coming months.

Recent partnerships with Douglas Elliman and Century Life will soon allow more homeowners to win breeding spots on homeowners association fees. BILT will also expand into student housing through a new partnership with Blackstone’s U.S. campus community, meaning some students can quickly earn breeding points in housing payments.

Bottom line
