A lesson on the importance of preparation in a physical education course before an interview

I’m Jeff Altman, a big hunter. I guide people and organizations to play a role. Most of my job is professional coaching, leadership coaching. Now we always start from conducting research, researching similar positions in their organizations and similar organizations. There are a number of ways you can do this, but frankly the best way is that you have built a network of resources where you can discuss compensation with them. If you don’t have that, I’m confused because you have to understand that your network is one of the most valuable resources you have.
