The recent work of New York artist Dominique Fung (previously appeared here). Fung is a Canadian artist whose ancestors in Hong Kong and Shanghai, whose practice explores the boundary territories that seep traditions, memories and heritage into our collective subconscious. Fung uses specific historical artifacts that infused with quality of life and complex nonlinear narrative avenues to shed light on or forgotten stories to model a new, broader alternative space.
