If someone asks a question: “Why are the recruiters who are looking at my profile on LinkedIn but don’t contact me?” The answer is, there is no simple answer. I will start with the solution and then answer your question. The solution is to reply to them and/or send them a message, and I should say, “LinkedIn tells me you checked my profile. Are you particularly looking for something you want?
Let’s get in touch and wait from there for their response and you’ll get the details of their situation. Often, there are many reasons why they decide not to connect. The most obvious thing is that you don’t fit what they want. Now sometimes the problem is that they are not building the search correctly, please.
