I have provided possible answers and can also get answers from recruiters.
How to get more interviews: Meet more people
I am Jeff Altman,,,,, Large game hunter. I coach people; I am a professional coach and a leadership coach. I am the head coach of JobsearchCoachinghq.com and there is no BS coach suggestion com. What I want to do is work one-on-one with people or through my website jobsearchcoachinghq.com or without BS coaching advice com to help people become more effective in their careers. In my one-on-one job, I help people simplify job searches, answer their questions, I do a forensic view for them, I help them negotiate, I teach them the necessary conditions for finding a job. Once they join, I help them very effectively. If someone asks a question: “Why are the recruiters who are looking at my profile on LinkedIn but don’t contact me?” The answer is, there is no simple answer. I will start with the solution and then answer your question. The solution is to reply to them and/or send them a message, and I should say, “LinkedIn tells me you checked my profile. Are you particularly looking for something you want?
Let’s get in touch and wait from there for their response and you’ll get the details of their situation. Often, there are many reasons why they decide not to connect. The most obvious thing is that you don’t fit what they want. Now sometimes the problem is that they are not building the search correctly, please. So, for example, you already have a LinkedIn recruitment account and are looking for a permanent manager with 15 years of experience in a specific technical skill, and you won’t take the time to look at or narrow down this search criteria to get what might be one of the options 10 to 15 years, so you can get your experience.
The search results are programmers or software developers who are obviously not suitable for the job. But you know, you look at profiles, make sure, see if they are connected to someone who might be a program manager, because LinkedIn also offers options you know to try to see who you are in touch with, and others are also looking at who in the column on the right. So they aren’t really looking for you, or if they find you and make sure you aren’t suitable, they’re trying to bounce back on this one that might be closer to the right one. That’s one reason. The second reason is, assuming they don’t have a recruiter account and that all their secondary tools make them message you. So they didn’t take the time to call you. They would rather send you an email, you are not worth it. So, recognize that if you put your email address in the summary section of your LinkedIn profile, they will take this possibility away. Yes, if they connect to you, they will have access to you, but they are not in touch with you or contacting you, so they cannot access it. This is the second thing. The third thing is the first change: they made a mistake. They may have entered the wrong source term, realizing that, therefore. That’s big.
But the best thing I have for you is to solve this problem: Send them a message. Tell them LinkedIn tell me you checked my profile. Let’s connect. Is there something missing when you look for a solution like this? Hope you’ve helped this. Again, if you are interested in my one-on-one coach, please contact me on LinkedIn.com/ai and cut the big game department forward. Once you have contacted me, please send me a message and let us set the time to speak. I hope you have a wonderful day.
careful.
