Shark Steam Picker 3 in 1 Hard Floor Cleaner Review: All Cleaning Gadgets

For me, wipe it dry It’s like submitting taxes or changing oil. I fear the necessary evil, and it is my task to procrastinate until I have no choice. Fortunately, I’ve been testing Steam Mops, which means I’ve stopped scrubbing altogether to evaluate how clean each model is. My 250 square feet high flow kitchen floor has been…how I put…really rough. But so far, the Shark Steam Pickup 3-in-1 outlines each box in what I want, which is an effective steam mop that can be destroyed by the dirt that sticks to the shoe.

It’s easy to put Shark Steam Pickup 3 in 1 together. The slot in the handle and fills the clean water tank that is fixed 0.42 liters. Then insert the mop into a wall socket (the rope is 25 feet long) and press the button to select the steam level – there are light, medium and deep cleaning options. Tilt the floor cleaner head down, rinse with the cleaning surface, and give it about 20 seconds to start steaming. Then you can go.

As I mentioned before, I’ve been ready for a month to test this and I’m surprised at how effective the Steam Pickup 3-in-1 is.

The built-in suction is probably my favorite mop feature, which also sets it apart from some other hard floor cleaners. Its mop will vacuum when it is vacuumed, which means you don’t have to pre-clean the floor. And, it also effectively picked up bread crumbs and scattered hair without any problems. There are two built-in lights on the head that help light up anything you might miss, which is great, near the dark and horrible corners near my fridge. The steam it emits sterilizes your floor with the magic of high fire.

This lightweight 7 pound mop has a built-in brush roll that can be scrubbed along with it. I had some stuck messes like the tomato sauce spill in front of the kitchen sink or shoe dirt, and this mop fell down in all the sinks. I only needed to help it once, but instead peeled off a fruit sticker that stuck to my tile floor. But once I peeled the sticker a little, the mop sucked it like my remaining mess. It was much quieter than I expected throughout the cleaning process.

While this mop does make most of my floors glitter, it does struggle a little bit on the edge of my skirting. Before moving the machine back and forth, I just let it steam on each section for a few seconds, and then I often switch the cleaning path and orientation. This helps the process gets smoother.

Except once I picked up the machine and put it down with some force, I didn’t notice the excess water. (I just sucked overflow.) It left no streaks or stickiness, and the vacuum function meant my floor drizzled quickly. All in all, it took me only 30 minutes to clean the disgusting kitchen floor. For maintenance and cleaning, 10 were spent. Maybe because of this gadget, I’ll be mop more often.

The machine is also easy to clean after mop – it should be done every time you use the mop. Let everything cool for two or three minutes, then remove the top cover of the cleaning head. Inside is a collection box that divides the wet and dry chaos into two different compartments. I just flushed the entire tray off my tray, but this feature is great for dumping bread crumbs into the trash individually and then pouring liquid over the drain.
