Focused Life can now open new conferences

I have built a focused life with Cal Newport, which is my three-month training program (author) Work in depth), new meetings are now open. We will register until Friday, July 25, 2025 (Midnight, Pacific Time).
This course is designed to help you reach greater depth in your work and life. How does it feel to have more time and energy for what really matters to you?
We divided the course into three months of challenges. Each challenge is a guiding effort to help you build and test new routines, as well as specific courses to address issues you may face. These challenges are:
- Month 1: Establish deep working hours. We all know that if we have more time to do deep work, but actually achieve this on a regular basis, we will be less stressed. The focus of the first month is to find and make subtle changes, and you need to do more in-depth work without overtime.
- Month 2: Carry out digital sorting. Technology can be great, but it can also make us suffer. With endless distractions within the scope of ARM, it is difficult to engage in meaningful hobbies and interact more deeply with our friends and family. This month can help you with a more intentional attitude towards digital tools in your personal life.
- Month 3: Carry out an in-depth project. In the last month, we will reinvest our time at work and at home, the project draws you into something meaningful. This can learn new things or actually create something, rather than passively consume. The course will help you learn how to incorporate deep hobbies into your busy life.
Focus Life is probably the most popular course we run, while students report some of the strongest results. This is because the focus of life is action-oriented, not just consuming information, but ensuring that you keep changing your life.
