It’s really shocking. They send messages to cross-functional stakeholders, potential hiring managers, enthusiastic contacts, executives, recruiters. Let’s take one extra step: People who did not get a quote did not update their LinkedIn profile, did not prioritize relationships, did not contact the tutor, did not provide help to others.
If you are a job seeker now, what should you do: Get a good LinkedIn profile. Include the metrics you measure and why they are measured.
