Free for up to $50: Quotes to join the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan are effortless – Here’s how to do it

Alaska Airlines offers a huge incentive to join its loyalty program, a bonus that is too good to pass.
For a limited time, new members who sign up for the Alaska Airlines Mileage Program can receive a $25 or $50 discount on future Alaska flights, only for participation in the program.
Mileage Program is a popular traveler program because as a member of the OneWorld Alliance, it has invaluable partnerships with airlines such as American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific and Qantas. The airline’s recent merger with Hawaiian Airlines is another reason why flyers often value this loyalty program.

How it works
The new offer is good for new members until December 31, and it offers a promo code for travelers who sign up for mileage plans with a discount on future flights of $25 (they must book flights within 28 days of registration).
You can visit the registration page on the Alaska website.
If you book a flight within 14 days of joining the mileage program, the discount will double to $50. To qualify, all new members must choose to receive email communications from Alaska Airlines. If you don’t mind the carrier’s regular emails, it may not be huge.
Residents in Alaska, California and Hawaii are not eligible for a $25 discount.
However, California and Hawaiian residents are eligible for their $50 discount when joining the mileage program. To get a discount, they will have to book flights within 28 days of admission.
