I’m a big hunter, Jeff Altman. I mentor the staff and the organization. . . I’m trying to help you be more effective. Sometimes, this is your career or job search. Sometimes it is under the leadership, but I coach. I am the head coach of Jobsearch.community. I also coach one-on-one with people. So, I would love to help you.

Today, I think I’ll make videos about those tough interview questions that the organization might ask you. I like this 1. This is a very inspiring and I will show you how it works.

“Tell me 3 likes and 3 don’t like the current company, organization or company.”

What is the game behind this game?

The answer is that if you sneak directly into someone you don’t like, if someone you don’t like looks trivial or immature, or involves interpersonal relationships with people, it signals that you might be a problem and all they are doing is to ship someone’s problems to their organization and you will be their problem.

If you can talk about choices here, always start with someone you like and focus on quality situations.

“I like people in the organization. I think I learned a lot there. I really like the boss.” Note that 3 of them. You are very active.

Then, you can talk about some of the issues you are having. “In my comments, I’m always seen as a positive force in my group, my work is model, like I get great reviews every time, but I won’t go anywhere. .I’m just locked in this part of the organization and it’s not good for me. Acknowledgement does not always translate into money here. ”

Do you see where I’m going? There is no relationship about relationships here, because you never want to hint: “I don’t like people. I don’t like these people. We’re arguing.”
