You smashed the second interview and it felt great, now…cricket. Silence is deafening, you want to know what’s wrong. Don’t sit under pressure
I went to the second interview and felt everything went well, well, but they didn’t follow up. When I asked, they said they would come back to me, but now the position has been redefined. Is this normal? The answer is Yes, this is normal.
Why? Because the system automatically renews the ad at least once. Some platforms have to do this until they are removed. Some organizations make some changes to the ad at the end of the sentence. For example, if I’m working on your problem, the end of the first line says “They didn’t follow up” and there’s a while. They may get the deadline out as this moves it to the top of the Working Committee or LinkedIn or anywhere.
Yes, this is normal. it It doesn’t mean you’re rejected. it It does not mean you have been selected as. It just means that the ads recover themselves, and that’s all. They have not made an offer to anyone else, and they still want to see more people or ads automatically updated and they will meet with more people. This does not mean any psychology.
