Large game hunter Jeff Altman discusses several ways to do a front view study so you can prepare for the interview.

I’m Jeff Altman, a big hunter. I guide people. I work as a career and leadership coach.

I am the head coach of Jobsearch.community. I can’t believe I’ve never done this before. Over the years, I haven’t made videos about front view research. Well, I’m going to do this now, and the drawbacks aren’t enough to minimize the importance of pre-research research, and for those with a lot of experience you know how useful it can be for your preparation.

Whether you are experienced, whether you are experienced or inexperienced, let me introduce some ways you can research before an interview. Now, I believe you start by doing company research. You want to be able to answer this question, what do you know about our company and why do you work here? Now, I have videos about why you are working here.

But, what do you know about our company? You want to be able to speak positively. So obviously, you can visit the site. You can do a Google search.

You know, you can view the job description in advance. This can help you prepare for your work. If you are working with recruiters, you can discuss with them what they know about the company and hiring managers.

As I said, the website Google Company and its products. Check out their LinkedIn profile. Do a YouTube search.

Talk to people on the web, especially when you start to hiring managers. Now when you look at the interviewer, you do a Google search, which will take you to LinkedIn and then check out their LinkedIn profile to get common ground. What do you have in common with this person? Maybe you know someone who has worked with another organization before? What is their academic background? What is their career history like? Because these are signals of their background and their interests.

Perform an X-search. See if they are on Twitter. Just see what they post, or they are sharing, or they are commenting, because this will give you an idea of their personality and thinking process.

Are they especially the LinkedIn group? Do they like and share specific types of information on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook? This is a very quick thing. It doesn’t take much time. But the other thing is to always use your personal network.

They may know people. If you know this person didn’t know this person before working in Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Goldman, or Whore, and you know someone who works around the same time, see if you can contact them. If they know them, if they can dig a little, give you some feedback or information, which will be useful.

I know last week, I was coaching someone who was interviewing. He is working with a group director, a senior vice president, to work for the organization. He was told that this was a pointless guy, very serious.

You have to deal with him seriously. That helped him very much. He got this from the network of relationships he knew.

You want to be able to understand what you are entering and how they will respond because it just helps you feel comfortable. In comfort, most people perform better than walking in the cold. So, I hope you help this.
